In CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY, I use very gentle touch to work with the hydraulic forces of the cerebrospinal fluid flow and encourage release of tension and restrictions in muscles and connective tissues. Some people also experience the release of emotions which were stored in the body during an injury from a fall or other traumas. CranioSacral Therapy is often helpful to people suffering from headaches, back pain, post traumatic stress disorder, TMJ problems, some kinds of depression, and many other difficulties. CranioSacral Therapy sessions facilitate deep relaxation.
